This is the real one!
My poor body. It is so tired of being treated like crap. Last night, my body was screaming for fruit. I assume this is because I had consumed a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a handful of chips for lunch and a bowlof potato soup for dinner. Not very healthy. So I had a peach fruit cup and a glass of oj. I felt a little better until I smoked a cigarette. Then I was nauseated. I have got to take better care of myself. So, okay, I am making a REAL New Year's resolution: To take better care of myself. I want to eat better, start doing my Tae Bo again, and reduce the number of cigs I smoke. A pack a day is too much! Hell, any is too much.
So there it is... all written down in my diary so I can go back and read it again and again whenever I forget!
