I am sitting here trying to figure out what I can go pawn to pay bills...

So far I have come up with a CD changer, two televisions and a VCR. I doubt I will get enough to make up the negative amount we have to pay bills.

Sometimes when I am out and about, I see this one guy- it's always the same guy- and he has this spill all worked out: "My car broke down and I am trying to get to Irving. Do you have two bucks I can have to catch the bus?" He always has a bandaid on his forearm like he hurt himself working on his car.

I wonder if that would work for me. I just stick my cell phone in my pocket so I can still wait for my "job" to call to tell me when to start while I panhandle.

Let's see... I need jeans, a ratty shirt, old shoes, and some bandaids... I think I have all that.
