I love a parade....
What fun, what fun! I just got back from the St. Patrick's Day parade that ran down Greenville Ave. It was great. I went with my neighbor and we took our doggies. They had a blast too. There were people throwing dog biscuits, and I filled my pockets. We also got beads, (of course) koozies, key chains, candy, stickers, coupons... there was so much crap! There were people walking around with Super Soaker water guns full of tequila and squirting it in people's mouthes! Nuts, I tell you... plain nuts. My pockets were so loaded down with crap they were starting to fall off!
I think I am going out with my neighbor this afternoon and into the night. We are going to go "party." I am not sure what her definition of party is... I am sure it is different from mine. But it should be fun. I will meet new people and have a great time. And at least I won't be around cranky Slippy.
Well, I am going to go get ready....
