Working out- the new drug
I have become obssessed with working out. I guess it's a good, all things considered. Loo-Loo, LittleAbby and I have taken up water aerobics in the pool behind my apartment. We are doing this daily. Tuesday, I did water aerobics for an hour and a half, and then a took a thirty minute walk with the dog. Yesterday, I did water aerobics for an hour and then took a jog last night. I learned something on my jog though... smart women with D-cup boobs must wear sports bras to jog. I knew this already and didn't leave the house to go jogging. I left to go for a walk, but wound up jogging. My boobs are giving me all kinds of hell today. They are very pissed at me and are not afraid to let me know! I need to go buy a sports a bra and tell my boobs to shut the hell up!
I think I will head over to my apartment complex's workout room today. It is in the 60s and is too cool for a swim. I will go sweat it out on the bikes and weight machines. I should feel better after I feed my obssession!
