I am doing quite well. The inhaler really helps. I have not been very hungry at all today, and I have actually eaten less than normal. Bonus!

The inhaler does have a few draw backs tho... first, whn you inhale the nicotine, it really burns your throat. It has a piercing taste, like little needles. I imagine that it it similar to the gum or lozenges. But I opted for the inhaler because I don't have a co-pay for prescriptions, so it beat spendin $30-50 on patches and gum and such.

So anyway... I'm gonna quit talking about it now because it's kinda making me want to smoke...
