In light of recent terror attacks on Spanish railways, both local and national media feel it is important to talk about American railways, from subways to Amtrack. But the whole focus on the discussions has been the lack of security that American railways have. We (Americans) had some planes hijacked by deranged lunatics... so we step up security for the airlines. It was a smart move, and I totally agree with it. And we reported our new found security. And that was okay, too. But to openly tell the world, and the terrorist organizations that we don't have security on our subways and railways is simply an open inviation for them to come and blow some up!

I just want to know waht these damn media people are thinking! Obviously they aren't or they would see what they were doing!

OR...

They report on this because it makes "news" and get ratings. Then, when the terrorists come and blow up part of the NYC Subway System, then suddenly, we have a new national tradgedy and even more "news" and higher ratings.

It's a conspiracy...
